A Ta Shing Norseman 447CC

These Ta Shing Norseman 447s are considered by many to be one of the best and best made choices for bluewater cruising, and RESOLUTE looks to be a fine example. She has spent most of her life in fresh water, cruising the Great Lakes. Designed by Robert Perry and built in the famed Taiwanese boat yard of Ta Shing, the Norseman’s are intended for serious distancing, but serve the coastal cruiser just as well.

RESOLUTE has been recently updated and brought down from the Great Lakes in 2019, and lies currently in Florida. She has all new standing and running rigging, new offshore sails, new refrigeration and new water heater. Other updates along the way include re-powering in 2007 with a 71 hp Westerbeke, and deck refinishing in 2012 with new gelcoat, re-bedding of all hardware and new nonskid.

The pictures simply aren’t great, but look a little closer and you’ll see a fine vessel ready for her next adventures. Listed for $195,000 in Cape Canaveral, Florida.

She’s listed at £99,950 and can be viewed in Lincoln, UK.
