We couldn’t help but notice this modular electric boat from The Netherlands. DutchCraft is unveiling its new DC25 fully electric tender at this week’s Boot Düsseldorf. The DC25 is 8 meters in length and beautifully crafted with carbon fiber. Her smart modular deck design allows for fast and easy switching between operational modes as super-yacht tender, dive boat, sport fisher, toy carrier and family cruiser. The open deck allows for seating configurations up to 12 passages. Or clear the deck for transporting of bikes, jet skis, gear and supplies to the mother ship.
The front is equipped with a hinged bow door design for easy entry from the beach while staying dry. While the rear has a swim platform and fresh water shower perfect for coving out. The electric drive train provides for silent cruising up to 1.5 hrs at 32 knots or 6 hrs at 6 knots.
DutchCraft was founded by longtime yachtsman Sietse Koopmans and is a family-run business. You may be surprised to learn that DutchCraft is the sister company to Zeelander Yachts, another builder of luxury sports cruisers we love. The shipyards for both companies are located in Groot-Ammers, Holland.
You can order this zero emission vessel for $305K.
