These Cape Dory Ketch’s can be a bit hard to find on the market, as their owners rarely let them out of their clutches. And this one, LOLANTHE, is about the nicest we’ve come across. This ketch, like most Cape Dory’s were designed by the great Carl Alberg, with the same beautiful sheer, lower freeboard and sturdy full keel. Known for their quality construction, these little yachts have taken owners far and wide. They’re well known for their seakindliness, stability, and long lives.
LOLANTHE comes with a full suite of sails – jib and genoa on furlers, a CQR with fifty feet of chain and a secondary danforth, Raytheon radar and chartplotter, Signet depth and speed, and a Benmar autopilot.
Her interior is gorgeous, complete with red leather upholstery. Her vberth cushions are in ultrasuede, with 6 inch density foam. All berths come with custom fitted sheets, bedding and pillows.
If you, like us, our suckers for the beautiful Alberg lines and quality build of these classic cruisers, LOLANTHE is definitely worth a look. She’s listed for $25K USD and Bristol, Rhode Island.
