A 1955 Chris Craft Cobra

We found this beautifully restored 1955 21′ Chris Craft Cobra. SE FUE (he went) has been refinished to be 100% correct by Katz’s Marine. We love her iconic gold tail fin and alligator dash trim. Having a single bench configuration isn’t the most practical, but that’s part of its charm. She’s now as she was when originally delivered from the Chris Craft Factory new in 1955. SE FUE is hull no. BR-21-049 and is powered by a Cadillac Crusader 285HP 8 Cylinder Engine making her a truly fast classic.

Cobras are extremely rare. They are known for its unique huge gold fiberglass tail fin, fine varnished wood, alligator pattered cockpit trim, and exterior design that begins with a proud “bull nose” bow that tapers smoothly to its low transom.

Only 108 Cobras were ever built, and for only one year in 1955. Chris Craft produced two models, 52 18-footers and 56 21-footers. The 21 footer is the more coveted collectible as it’s bigger, faster, and seats four.

You can own this classic for $250,000.
