1970 Alden Boothbay Challenger for sale

Auk, this beautiful 1970 58′ Alden Boothbay Challenger was designed by John G. Alden and built by the Hodgdon Brothers in East Boothbay, Maine. Only one of 6 ever built, she has been well maintained throughout her life, and has undergone a complete standing rigging refit in 2014, including chainplates. She was repowered in 2001 with a John Deere diesel, and comes with a bowthruster, and recent B&G chartplotter. With a propane cabin heater, and reverse cycle air-conditioning, and a shoal draft with centerboards, she’s an ideal fit for all climates.
